We handle new build projects, full renovations, main contracting and architectural solutions with a professional, structured and meticulous approach. Every project is managed from start to finish with attention to detail and adherence to agreed timelines.
Our base of operations in Barcelona allows us to serve with equal dedication a flat in the Eixample and a residential building in the metropolitan area. We do not subcontract what matters: our in-house team guarantees technical consistency, smooth communication and uniform results.

How it ages gracefully.
We work exclusively with engineered European oak and walnut, treated with deep-penetrating natural oils. The choice is not merely aesthetic: a well-selected and properly installed floor improves with use, develops a patina and retains its structure for decades without warping or plank lifting.
In every project we specify the manufacturer, model and surface treatment in the quote. The client knows exactly what they are walking on before we begin.

It depends on the size and scope of the works. A flat of 80–100 m² with a full renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, floors and paintwork typically takes 8–12 weeks. For larger projects or those involving structural work, the timeline may extend. In the initial proposal we set a detailed phase-by-phase schedule that is updated weekly during execution.
For partial renovations (bathroom or kitchen only) many clients remain in the property. For full renovations, we recommend the property be vacated to speed up the work, ensure safety and avoid interference with the trades. We work within hours that minimise disruption to neighbours and strictly comply with municipal working-hour regulations.
Our quotes are fixed and signed before any work begins. Variations are only applied if the client requests changes to the original project, or if unforeseen structural issues not visible during the initial site visit are discovered during execution (such as hidden damp or undisclosed defective installations). Any modification is quoted separately and requires the client's written approval before being carried out.
Yes. Through our architecture studio we handle all administrative procedures: prior notification, minor or major works permits depending on the project scope, coordination with the owners' community and notification to Barcelona City Council. The client does not need to manage any bureaucratic process themselves.
We apply the statutory warranties set out in the Spanish Building Act: 10 years for structural defects, 3 years for defects affecting habitability and 1 year for finishes. In addition, we offer a 6-month after-sales service period during which we address any adjustment issues at no extra cost to the client.
Yes, we have extensive experience working with homeowners' communities and property managers. From facade refurbishment and terrace waterproofing to the replacement of shared installations (lifts, plumbing, electrical systems). We prepare technical reports and detailed quotes for presentation at owners' meetings and coordinate with IBI and available public grants for refurbishment.
